A bit about me...

I'm equal parts art & science.  I'm an admitted biohacking nerd, and love digging in to the data and experimenting. After spending thirty years (most of my adult life) in San Francisco, I'm lucky enough to have been able to move north to beautiful Sonoma County  and back to nature. I love being in the trees or by the ocean.  Im obsessed with women's health, and particularly love supporting my clients as a peri through menopausal health coach & a nutrition wellness coach. I've been a daughter, sister, partner, mother, friend and business owner. Sorry, I have ZERO interest in starting a podcast, or having a massive social media presence. (Even though I'm told thats what I need to do.) I enjoy the one on one interactions best. I'm deeply driven to be of service, share my knowledge, provide a safe space to listen and connect with people like you.
